Mom's Group
This group is for mom's of all ages. If you are a mom and desire a space for your individuality, but also understanding and expression, this is the group for you. If you are a mom of a kid with special needs (neurodivergent, ADHD, autism) please consider joining an eclectic group of mothers who can offer advice and share experiences. This group is intended to create community and space for us caretakers who experience high-stress, burnout, and a desire to be seen and heard. Groups may congregate outside to increase our well-deserved time in the sun.

Women's Process Group
This group is for women to feel safe, share a sacred space, and have the freedom to be ourselves. We gather together and practice mindfulness, silence, journaling, drawing, and most importantly self-expression. The group centers around freedom of expression and allows us to take a moment of relief where we get to exist safely and process our thoughts, feelings, and desires with one another.
