MomMe Group

MomMe Group is a 6-week in-person therapy group for moms of children ages 0–3. Led by therapist and fellow mom Briani, this group offers a nurturing, nonjudgmental space to explore the challenges and joys of early motherhood. Through guided discussions, mindfulness, journaling, and connection with other moms, you'll reflect on identity, emotional well-being, and personal growth. MomMe honors both your role as a caregiver and your individual self.
