Mom and Me Support Group

Mom and Me is a mental health support group for all mothers, grandmothers, foster mothers, step mothers, aunts, caregivers, and their teenage counterparts. The group is a mix of psychoeducation (learning a new skill or information) and processing (sharing personal experience or giving feedback to others). We believe that by using creative outlets such as journaling, scrapbooking, role plays, and open discussion mothers and daughters can deepen their understanding of themselves and strengthen their bond with one another. We are currently offering this virtual group for free until further notice.
