Mold, CIRS and MCAS

This virtual support group is for adults navigating mold-related illness, CIRS, and/or Mast Cell Activation Syndrome (MCAS). Participants are invited to share experiences, coping strategies, and resources in a compassionate, validating environment. Living with complex, chronic inflammatory conditions can be isolating and overwhelming; group support can reduce isolation and foster emotional resilience during treatment and recovery. The group is led by a licensed therapist with both professional expertise and personal experience with mold-related illness, offering an informed and empathetic approach. Meetings are held virtually every other week for 90 minutes in the evening. The specific meeting day TBD. $60 per group session.
