Mixed Adult Group
We live in a social world. We have become the people we are today, in large part, because of the people who have surrounded us. Therefore, one of the best ways to explore ourselves is in a group setting. Group interactions and dynamics can bring out many feelings and issues that would go long overlooked in individual therapy. Group therapy is an ideal venue for exploring how one relates to others. If you have ever struggled with interpersonal relationships or felt anxiety while socializing, group therapy can help you to better understand why. Together, we can work through those issues.

Group Therapy for Artists in the Entertainment Industry. Members: Actors, Musicians, Writers, Directors, Designers, etc. Group Goals: *Improve self-esteem and confidence in auditions (as well as your daily life). *Gain support while riding the emotional roller coaster of acclaim and rejection. *Overcome emotional and creative blocks. *Gain insight into who you truly are. *Understand how you relate to others and work through relational issues. *Draw strength from other group members to confront fears and implement change in your life. ***Intake interviews are required before admission to this closed group.
