A 6 week group for women that offers an opportunity to gain a foundational understanding of mindfulness and develop a meditation practice. The following topics are covered: mind-body connection, contemplative practices, emotional regulation, radical acceptance, compassion. Mindfulness is a transformative approach to living life. Mindfulness and meditation practices foster presence,connection, and wellbeing. It can be a helpful approach for most people and especially in regards to managing anxiety, depression, stress, and ADHD
