Mindfulness Practice Group

Together we will learn/practice mindful meditation, walking, eating and sharing. This group is designed to be a place where participants can share challenging and rewarding life experiences and deepen their connections to themselves, others and nature. Meetings occur in the natural Sourland mountains near Hillsborough, NJ. Open to all ages. A separate young persons group will be formed if significant interest is shown.
