A group hike where we incorporate the natural healing properties that nature has to offer, as well as support members in learning how to put mindfulness into practice. This event invites you to slow down, breathe deeply and realign with what truly matters. Our hike is followed by Yoga with certified yoga instructor Cici Bo.
