
Mindfulness is an approach that helps us be more fully alive in the present moment rather than caught in our habitual patterns and reactions to life's stresses. This 8-week course introduces mindfulness concepts and practices that enable you to establish a personal practice of mindfulness. Mindfulness can help with chronic pain, physical stress disorders, anxiety, depression, relationships and enhance overall life enjoyment. Selected readings and home practice with meditations on CDs are required throughout the course. A full day retreat is also included. Cost is $375 and includes all materials.
