Mindfulness based cognitive therapy group

Mindfulness based cognitive therapy (MBCT) is a research supported approach found to help adults with a history of depression, anxiety & trouble coping with stress. Research has found MBCT to be as effective as anti-depressants. This 8-week online group teaches participants practices & skills that may aid in preventing future mental health episodes. Participants must commit to home practices & attending every group. This group is best suited for individuals between episodes or experiencing mild/moderate symptoms & without significant, active trauma symptoms or personality disorders.
