I am currently accepting new clients for Mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) group programs. MBCT is a clinically researched, experiential approach which combines elements of cognitive-behavioral therapy and mindfulness psychology. It teaches a different way of relating to thoughts and feelings, especially negative thought patterns and difficult emotions, that reduces anxiety and depression and increases well-being. Two hour sessions a week, eight weeks, online; in-person groups coming soon. This program is geared to adults experiencing mild to moderate depression, anxiety, and/or stress.
