Mindful Self-Compassion Program (Online on Zoom)
Imagine learning to treat yourself as you would a dear friend in moments of suffering. Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC), is an empirically-supported training program that teaches us to develop the warm-hearted, connected presence we need during moments of difficulty. Self-compassion allows us to motivate ourselves with encouragement, befriend our shortcomings, prevent caregiver burnout, sustain valued actions, honor our boundaries, and live authentically. Self-compassion is strongly associated with emotional well-being, decreased anxiety and depression, a healthy relationship to food and body, and more satisfying relationships.
