This eight-week course will teach you how to respond to difficult thoughts and emotions with kindness and understanding. Mindful self-compassion can enhance your well-being, reduce anxiety and depression, improve relationships, and foster healthy habits like diet and exercise. By cultivating self-compassion, you will also grow your compassion for others.
