Our Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) group is an evidence-based, 8-week journey designed to help you break the cycle of self-criticism and build the inner strength needed to thrive in a challenging world.

Integrity Recovery - Finding Your True Self
Integrity Recovery Group is a cognitive behavioral group therapy method used to enhance self awareness, balance and connection working from The Evolution Group’s Integrity Workbook with a focus on recovery. The goal of the group is to facilitate self-discovery, honesty, and integrity in the recovery process. Clients complete and present exercises from the book in the group setting. The goal is to restore balance by working out of the IT Recovery Workbook and giving presentations in a supportive environment.

Mindfulness Mood Regulation
Group therapy for negative mood management structured in a cognitive behavioral format with a focus on managing symptoms of anxiety, depression, anger, and other negative mood. The focus is on understanding that such feelings are a normal part of being human, and that we all have options for bringing mood into balance and choosing how to keep such symptoms from prompting unhealthy behaviors.
