This 6-week group provides an opportunity for parents to explore ways to connect with their family, manage stress, and support the growth and development of their children. Mindfulness practices will be offered which can increase self-awareness and acceptance, help parents regulate emotions, and develop an increased capacity for empathy, compassion, and positive thoughts.
