Mindful Living

Mindfulness groups are offered several times per year, exploring how to increase mindful awareness through both sitting meditation and many informal practices, while living a busy life in the city. Both day and evening groups are available. A small group size ensures there will be ample time for practicing together, as well as discussing your individual concerns and experiences.
