
In this group members will learn Mindfulness skills focused on increasing food enjoyment, developing hunger and fullness awareness, and reducing negative emotions related to food and eating. We will explore the many factors influencing your relationship with food and eating, and develop a more authentic and peaceful approach to eating. This is not a weight loss group, though people with weight loss desires are welcome and may benefit.
