Mindful Eating Awareness Lesson Plan
Mindful Eating Awareness Lessons Plan (MEAL Plan) is a mindfulness-based approach to healthy eating. Through structured lessons about mindfulness and healthy eating according to your individual Mind-Body Type you will develop daily eating routines, shopping lists, weekly meal planning and learn some basic recipes. Secondly, the group support sessions will provide a confidential supportive environment to explore emotional eating patterns while improving mind-body awareness. Guided imagery, Relaxation Response and Chair-Yoga are introduced as methods by which to manage daily stress. Sessions: 12
