Mindful Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT)
This group addressed the symptoms of anxiety and depression using mindfulness techniques and concepts. We will focus on how thoughts effect emotions, how negative ruminations often lead to relapse, and development of the "superpower" of distinguishing our thoughts from who we truly are. This group requires a Big Gift to Self: an 8 week commitment and home practice. email me and we can set up a time to discuss details.
