Mind Over Mood is an eight week CBT group to help you change how you feel by changing the way you think. This group uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to treat anxiety, depression, low self-esteem or to just cope better with life’s stress. It's based on the workbook by Greenberger and Padesky. CBT is well-researched and effective in improving overall mood, self-esteem, depression, anxiety, stress & more. This is an interactive skills group. The group meets via video, 90 minutes once weekly, morning or evening. Please contact me for more details and availability.
