Mighty Minds Support Group for Children w/ Anxiety

Were excited to offer a 5 week group for kindergarten through 5th grade called "Mighty Minds!" This group will provide children with the knowledge and skills needed to identify and manage stress and anxiety in healthy ways. We'll cover, understanding anxiety, exploring emotions, learning about good vs. bad stress and coping skills.
