Grad School/Career Support & Regulation Group
This in-person group offers a grounded space for anyone navigating stress, relational challenges, perfectionism, or self-criticism in our careers. Together we explore how pressure shows up in the body and practice building regulation, internal boundaries, and more choice in how we respond. Led by a facilitator with over 10 years of body-based movement and trauma-informed experience, the group supports participants in developing steadier internal organization and a more sustainable relationship with themselves and others. All ages welcome. Group starts Monday December 15th, and Friday December 19th. January Cohort dates TBD. Please reach out for more info!
