Middle School Girls' Self-Esteem Group

Are you a middle school girl struggling with self-esteem, self-doubt, or social pressures? You’re not alone! This group is a safe, supportive space where girls can share experiences, learn confidence-building skills, and develop a strong sense of self. This is a welcoming, non-judgmental environment where every girl is encouraged to be herself. Let’s build each other up! Individual intake plus eight weekly group sessions. Grades 6-8.
