This supportive therapy group is aimed at accomplishing the following therapeutic goals: Build self-esteem and confidence in a positive environment, learn skills to enhance assertiveness and positive social interactions, reduce anxiety, and increase resilience, learn and identify personal needs and positive qualities, develop greater self-awareness, problem-solving skills, and coping skills to feel more EMPOWERED in difficult life situations
