Midday Grief Processing Group

Grief can be all consuming and isolating and nonlinear. It does not follow a schedule and is ongoing work–it's a part of us. It is exhausting and takes time to help our body learn how to carry this piece of ourselves. If there was a death in the family and we're parents, we're also managing the grief of our kids. Compounding it, often people near us don't know how to support, and that can make things worse. Groups include processing, support, mindfulness, and nervous system regulating coping strategies.
