This is a group for men who are dealing with the challenges of having a wife/significant other, child or family member that has significant mental health issues. In our busy lives we often do not practice enough self care, have enough education and a place to discuss what is likely the most stress inducing issue of our lives; living with or in relationship to a family member with mental health issues. This group provides meaningful conversations, tools and resources to build new ability to stay well in this challenging life situation.
