Understanding Self and Others is a 4-month, weekly therapy group run by Dr. Smendik aimed at helping you better understand your own interpersonal communication patterns. Group therapy can help you improve your relationships, assist you in developing self-esteem, foster personal growth, and teach you how to communicate more honestly and effectively with others. The Understanding Self and Others group helps provide a space to discuss concerns with anxiety, depression, loneliness, life adjustments, academic stress, relationships concerns, and many other processes.
