Mental Health & The Trans Experience

Transgender therapy groups can offer transgender, gender non-conforming, & gender expansive folks a chance to connect and discuss similar challenges with other trans community members. It can be helpful, when part of a marginalized group, to talk to folks who understand you without needing explanation. Our group offers a unique setting with other trans folks who get what you are going through on a deeper level. The Queer Wellness Center is now offering an online group that offers mental health treatment and support resources for trans folks, by trans and queer folks, & meets the 2nd & 4th Wednesday’s from 5:00pm-6:00 pm
