Men's Therapy Group

The group facilitator will guide participants through the process of learning how to effectively address clinical issues men often struggle with. The group occurs every other week allowing participants time to practice and acquire skills learned in each meeting. Four concepts are presented then built upon in each session. The group remains open to new members as use of the 4 main concepts allows for group members to engage at various levels of experience with the given curriculum. Participants will learn how to decrease maladaptive behaviors while becoming more effective at home, work and in pursuit of their interests.
