Men's Psychology Education Group
This group is for adult men who have and have not been to therapy before. It's what I wish all my clients knew before our counseling sessions (but where else would we get this information)? If you're curious about yourself, how your psychology operates, why you do what you do, and how to effectively change it - this is your class! We meet via Zoom. Any state welcome, this is a psychology education class (not group therapy). April 2, 2026 START. May 7, 2026 END. THURSDAYS. Times are in Eastern.

Psychology education group about mental health topics relevant to your career. We will review how human illness, death, suffering, stupidity, and property destruction exposures affect the human psyche, and how you can cope better with these experiences. We may also discuss vicarious trauma, Post-traumatic stress disorder, compassion fatigue, burnout, and how some of the politics and b.s. of the job may cause overwhelming stress (and how to use distress tolerance, emotion management, and mindfulness to get you through)!

A supportive online therapy group for compassionate, thoughtful adults who often overthink, worry about others, struggle with self-doubt, or sometimes find themselves emotionally exhausted by life. Together, we'll build perspective, skills for calming the mind, and behaviors for confidence and ease.
