Many of us have long-established beliefs and deal with our struggles and dilemmas "by ourselves," without realizing we have fallen into patterns that drain our vitality and our passion for life. We often forget about or become threatened by the power of community; losing sight of the ways we can be supported by others while also being able to support others.
