Men's Process Group - Center for Men's Excellence

This ongoing group is for men with anxiety and/or depression who have trouble feeling isolated. Participants are high-functioning professionals who have difficulty sustaining close relationships, and sessions involve using the group as a type of "laboratory" to try out new ways of interacting with each other. Participants have regular out-of-session "homework" assignments which involve practicing some new behaviors designed to extend their comfort levels and to enhance their social support.
