Men's Online Interpersonal Process Group

Men are often told “don’t ask for help” or “don’t feel,” leaving many disconnected—from themselves & others—and unsure how to reach out. This online interpersonal process group helps men build genuine brotherhood: to be seen, heard, & supported while exploring relationships, stress, life transitions, & mental health. Together we examine what keeps us silent or withdrawn & learn to express emotions safely, practice assertiveness, & relate with honesty. Real conversation, mutual respect, & emotional safety. Pre-screening required.
