Men's Monthly OCD Group
On the first Thursday of each month at 6:00 PM, I host a Men’s OCD group that combines shared experiences with education about OCD. This group is designed for individuals who are already in therapy and looking to take their recovery a step further.

Invictus Counseling LLC is a group practice dedicated to anxiety treatment, including the relief of symptoms caused by OCD, Phobias, Panic, Agoraphobia, Social Anxiety, OCD, and BFRBs (Trichotillomania). We are trained in evidenced-based treatments such as ERP, iCBT, ComB, ACT, EMDR, and PE. We work with clients from ages 10 + and can work with individuals, families, and couples.
