Mens Mental Health Support Group

Attention: Group starting Oct 22nd through March. "Due to societal expectations of masculinity, men are less likely to talk to others about their feelings, so they suffer in silence". This group is to provide support for mental health issues such as depression and anxiety as men often suffer in silence with these issues. The group will be facilitated by a mental health counselor who has been in private practice for several years and is here to offer support and guidance.
