For those who learn by doing, you will get immense value and satisfaction from an Interpersonal Psychotherapy Process Group. You will learn about your relationship patterns and change the ones that don't work, all while offering both support and challenge, where members hold each other accountable. The majority of the men in my groups stay once they join as they continue to get deep connection and value from them. There are currently two evening groups in Berkeley 515-715pm and 730-900pm. It is a hybrid group meaning it will default to meeting in person while sometimes meeting on zoom.
