Men's Group Therapy

This group is a confidential space for men to practice authenticity and cultivate deeper, more connected lives. My passion for men’s work is centered around the idea that men deserve to have both the tools and support to practice vulnerability, an essential ingredient of growth. If you feel ready to grow but are not sure where to begin, or you want to magnify inner work-in-progress, I invite you to join us in doing the work together.
