Men's Group Therapy: Issues of Desire and Grief

This will be a closed group, meaning that there will be no drop-ins. We will begin each week with a guided meditation. We will then transition into teaching around topics of stress, trauma, patriarchy, shame, depression, grief, healthy living, and play. Certainly, lots to cover in a survey! Then we will proceed with reflection and witnessing. The group discussion will be highly structured moving progressively towards a process group style.
