Current openings for new members available! This is a long-term, group for adult men of all ages ranging from mid 20's and up. The main focus of this group is gain a deeper understanding of men's issues, how they impact your life, and to build healthy, more rewarding relationships. Feel free to contact me to start your free video or phone pre-screening today. Healthy Relationships Group - In-person
This is a long-term, co-ed interpersonal process group for young adults, ages 18-24. The areas of focus are on building assertiveness, strengthening self-esteem and confidence, boundary-setting, developing deeper connections with others, and working through social anxiety and inhibition. If you are interested in learning more, feel free to contact me to start your pre-screening.
