Men's Group
This group is an opportunity for men to cultivate more fulfilling relationships with themselves, loved ones, and other men. Through self-exploration and the support of others, men have the opportunity to find a deeper strength within which can be used to overcome the fear of change and become more engaged with life. Topics include relationships, masculinity, self-confidence, sex and intimacy, anger, and emotional awareness. The environment is confidential and non-judgmental so men feel free to share their authentic selves.

This group is here to support new dads as they navigate the amazing and overwhelming experience of becoming a father.
