Men's Group
Through this course men are empowered to realize their creative potential to protect and serve the world from a place of embodied respect and courage. The desire for camaraderie and support is an aspect of all humanity. Some men may have just hit a rough patch in general, feeling down or facing multiple adversities. Others want to learn how to control and understand their emotions. The men's group at AUM Integral Wellness welcomes all men who want somewhere to go to feel fully accepted and encouraged to learn and engage in productive conversation around personal growth empowerment.

In this class you will be guided through dialogue and relationship building games to understand yourself and others better so you may experience greater intimacy and authenticity in your communication & relationships with others.
