Men's Group

This group is ideal for men who want to explore themselves, deepen relationships and improve emotional intimacy. Some sessions have a specific men’s health topic, such as communication or intimacy. The information that I provide on these topics is practical and lends itself to a thoughtful discussion afterwards. As the discussion deepens, group members share their experience of the group dynamic with each other, which provides an opportunity for individuals to receive feedback about how they are perceived by others.
