Mens Group

An open-ended process group for men (25-55 y/o). Group focus on emotional expression and relationship building. Ideally for men with intact social skills but struggling with emotional range or opportunities for developing close relationships. Group seeks to provide a safe and supportive setting for emotional expression as well as a setting for discussing issues of identity, friendships, romantic/marital relationships, parenting, and professional development. Group members must have 6 months of individual therapy experience. This group is co-facilitated with Dr. Rolando Díaz, each Wednesday night from 5:15-6:30PM.
