Men's Emotional Health Group Therapy

Emotional health affects how men manage behavior and navigate social complexities, both in their personal and professional lives. Most men desire to be emotionally healthy but lack the skills and motivation to get there. We are here to help. With a combination of psycho-education, in-session modeling, and interpersonal processing, we will work to help you meet your goals and live an emotionally healthier life. ---Group will be led by Licensed Residents in Counseling, Andy Hart and Michael Fahmy---Groups will meet across 13 weeks in person-Beginning January 2026.
