Men's Anxiety Group
This group is designed to center around understanding depression and anxiety, developing insight into factors contributing to mental health, and learning tools for managing symptoms. The sessions discuss the connections between our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. The goal of this group is to help you learn how to gain control over your mental health and recognize that there are strategies to cope with your emotions, as well as processing feelings underlying your mental health through a safe, non-judgmental group environment.

The DBT Group (for Women)
DBT stands for Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. DBT is a treatment approach that uses 4 main components which are distress tolerance, mindfulness, emotion regulation and interpersonal effectiveness. Each week, the group will speak about one of the four components and learn skills on how to use these techniques in their day to day life. DBT is rooted in finding the balance between acceptance and change. We can accept and validate our feelings with the goal of changing how we react, process, and behave.
