Mending Moms Support Group

Mothers play an integral role in their family’s and in society. This group will offer moms the opportunity to self-reflect and share insights about their experiences trying to make it all happen between parenting, homemaking, succeeding in their careers, maintaining their health, friendships and other important relationships. The group will offer coping tools, and nurture a sense of community to help moms break free from isolation and initiate a solid self-care practice.
