Gender Explorers Group
Pacific Mental Health’s Gender Explorers Group is a free, weekly, ninety-minute support group for those ages 18+. With psychoeducation and mindfulness elements, this group provides a safe place to discuss various topics such as: gender identity, acceptance, coming out, relationships, body image, coping, self-care, building social networks, and opportunities to attend to obstacles in a member’s personal journey. Participants are encouraged to bring a paper and writing utensil to use during icebreaker activities. Feel free to drop in and out at your own convenience!
