Men Helping Men

Join other men who are searching for healing past trauma, developing a centered masculine identity, and learn to express emotion that doesn't push people away. This is a new open, monthly group for men who want to learn about healing mental health, developing a strong and centered masculine identity, and learn ways to communicate that improve relationships with partners, family, and friends. Men of all backgrounds and identities are welcome. This group will meet online confidentially through Google Meet.
