Meditative Self-Inquiry: spiritual students only

The Meditative Self-Inquiry group best represents my work. This gathering begins in silence and evolves into mindful dialogue. The inspiration for this group includes the Quaker meeting, Zen Buddhist meditation and insight oriented psychotherapy. After a period of silence during which members turn inward, I offer a brief commentary designed to inspire and encourage. Each individual has space to offer reflections and engage in inquiry. The ambiance in the group is sincere, kind and meditative. This group meets on the first Sunday of each month at 10 am. Donation requested. Contact me for an initial private consultation.

Art Sangha
A sangha is a spiritual community in which the participants support each other in their shared goals. Art is a way of knowing that unfolds for the one who pursues a creative discipline. In this group, we will be using art to discover ourselves, deepen our practice, and, as a by product of our insight, improve our art. You’ll discover your limitations, use those limitations and maybe stand them on their heads. This group combines the creative process with insight cultivation. It is offered online Thursday mornings. It helps if you have a creative practice already, but not necessary.

Women's Group: Insight and Practice
This group meets every other Wednesday evening at 6:00. It is a place to share insights, develop practices and learn from other women. The tone is supportive but also challenging. If you are interested in this group, please contact me for an initial private meeting to discuss your own work and the way that the group may be helpful to you. We value perceptions and will be eager to learn yours as well as share ours. The group fee is $30.
