Meditation Retreat : January 9, 2021
The meditation class is a one-day retreat at Shiloah Center. The format will include teachings and various types of meditation beginning with learning to follow the breath and moving to deeper levels of awareness during the course of the day. The group is spiritual but not religious. Not a therapy group. No prior experience necessary. Offered 1 to 2 times a year. Weekend Intensive Program/ September 17-20, 2020
This is a powerful intensive program that meets for a 4-day "weekend". Two experienced therapists use many different group processes to help you in your growth. These include psychodrama and breathwork. The group addresses a variety of issues such as codependence, fears, self esteem and relationship issues. The group is held at a retreat center in the North Georgia mountains. It is an excellent adjunct to individual therapy. Check website for dates.
